I never thought I would see the day when this amazing piece would come to live in my gallery. A test cel of Hinoto from the X2 music video, it is the only purple-eyed Hinoto I have seen in a public gallery. Undoubtedly the original still lurks in some private collection, but obtaining it would probably require selling a kidney or two.
Line-fading is present through out. The eyes were originally unpainted (which appears to be common for Hinoto test cels) - they were painted purple by a fan cel artist at the request of the previous owner.
